Connect QuickBooks Online
Summance creates invoices directly in your QuickBooks Online company. Unlike the other integrations, there's nothing to create or copy — Summance already has an approved QuickBooks app, so connecting is a single approval.
Before you start
- You'll need to be signed in to your QuickBooks Online company as a user with permission to authorize apps — usually a company admin.
Connect your account
- From Summance, click Connect to QuickBooks.
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account if prompted.
- Review the permissions on the consent screen and click Connect.
- You're redirected back to Summance, now connected.
What Summance does with the connection
Summance confirms the connection by reading your company information once, then keeps the access you granted refreshed automatically — you won't be asked to reconnect unless you revoke access. Summance uses the connection only to create invoices in your QuickBooks company.
Disconnecting
Disconnect any time from Summance's Integrations page, or from QuickBooks under Apps → Connected apps. Either one cuts off access immediately.
