Penny
Penny is Summance's billing copilot - describe what you need, and she drives the product for you.

How Penny acts
- Drafting (a new contract, an addendum's wording, an invoice's line items): Penny writes it on the page. Nothing saves until you review it and submit - same as if you'd typed it yourself.
- Taking action (pausing, resuming, canceling, or discarding a contract): Penny acts as soon as you ask. Asking is the confirmation - there isn't a separate propose-then-approve step in the chat. Activating a draft is the one exception: since it starts real billing, Penny confirms first and only acts once you say yes.
- Leaving the page: if what you're asking needs a different part of the product, Penny asks before navigating you there.
Limitations
Penny answers from what's in your organization's own data - plus published accounting-standards guidance when you ask an accounting question - and she doesn't have information about other organizations, nor will she fabricate a contract or usage number.
She can't do anything a page in the product can't already do - every action she takes maps to a control you can use yourself.
